Transition Year is an obligatory year, following Junior Certificate, for all students in St. Angela’s.

Overall aim of Transition Year in the school:

The central aim of the school is the formation of the human person in respect of her ultimate goal, and the development of her full potenial - spiritually, emotionally, physically, intellectually, aesthetically and socially.

It is an opportunity for students to broaden their educational horizons and to experience areas of learning for which the normal curriculum does not allow time.

Column C Art Craft Art Painting Handcraft Woodwork Cookery Theatre Studies                 10 wks @ 3 cl/wk.

Learning support will be offered to those who need it (as and extra option in Column B)

* Spanish (Ab Initio) is taken for the full year (no other selection)
